This video is not actually of John himself, but rather a latter-day fellow giving us a succinct glimpse into this fascinating subject.

I believe Attachment Theory underlies pretty much everything we do as adult human beings. The strength of our attachment to our primary caregivers determines so much of how we interact with others throughout the rest of our lives.
